Service Providers

The Mid West Pipeline Joint Venture

The Mid West Pipeline is owned by an unincorporated joint venture, the Mid West Pipeline Joint Venture (MWPJV).  The joint venture parties are Horizon Power and Mid-West Pipeline Pty Ltd, each with a 50% interest in the Pipeline.

Horizon Power

Horizon Power (www.horizonpower.com.au) is the trading name of the Regional Power Corporation, a Western Australian Government Trading Enterprise.  It is a vertically integrated energy utility with the strategic purpose is to ‘deliver energy solutions for regional growth and vibrant communities’. 

Mid-West Pipeline Pty Ltd

Mid-West Pipeline Pty Ltd is a Perth-based company established to acquire energy assets to support the development of projects by its affiliates in the Clean Energy Fuels Australia (www.cefa.com.au) group.  It is supported by I Squared Capital (www.isquaredcapital.com).
